The lessee must be at least 25 years of age to be able to rent a motorhome.

You must have and present a valid European driving license, type B with more than 2 years of license.

Non-EU residents must present a valid international driving license.

The lessee is responsible for complying with the legal provisions (driver's license, traffic regulations).

The minimum rental period is three days. It counts the full day being the check-in 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out from 09:00 to 11:00 in the morning

Once the booking is accepted, you will have to pay the initial 1/3 amount of the reservation to confirm your booking. The remaining amount needs to be paid upon arrival with the deposit included.

At the time of picking up the motorhome, a deposit of €200 will be deposited,

which will be returned immediately after receiving the van, provided it is in perfect condition.

In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation,

The following penalties will be applied to the amount paid: 

• If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental: No penalty

• If you communicate between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental: 30%. 

• If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental: 50%.

The vehicle that is the object of this contract is insured according to the law, with an excess of €500 for each accident for damages due to a blow, collision or theft of the vehicle.In the event of a claim occurring during the term of the lease, the client will bear said amount, which from now on authorises it to be compensated in its case with the deposit constituted. Civil liabilities arising from facts or circumstances not contemplated as included in the policy will be the exclusive responsibility of the client.

At the beginning of the contract, an inventory of all the equipment that is rented with the vehicle and its valuation will be delivered. The non-return of said equipment or its damage, will be deducted from the amount of the deposit given by the lessee.

In the event that the tenant, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends the rental early, he will not be entitled to any refund.

The rent is charged for full days and both the day of collection and delivery count as one day each.

The lessee must return the motorhome in the same state and with a full fuel tank, otherwise the amount of the approximate filling will be deducted.

It is expressly prohibited to use the vehicle for any activity contrary to morality, laws and good customs.

It is expressly prohibited to transport more people than permitted by law, transport goods or objects. 

The lessee will not proceed to demand any compensation if, due to force majeure or fortuitous cause, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed day. Cause majeure is understood as a failure or accident that cannot be repaired for the expected date of delivery of the motorhome. In which case the lessor will return the amounts withheld only.

The delivery and return of the vehicle will take place at the place indicated by the lessor, on previously agreed days and from 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

Unauthorised delays in delivery or due to force majeure will be penalised with a daily rate.  

The user is responsible for any sanction or fine, which, for violating the current provisions, were imposed, reaching the same responsibility in the event that the vehicle was retained or seized because of his fault, also running, with the expenses and lost profits of the lessor for the duration of the unavailability of the vehicle, applying for each day that the amount per day was withheld or seized, depending on the model and current rates of the rental price of the vehicle.

In the event of a stoppage of the vehicle for reasons solely and exclusively attributable to the client, the latter will be responsible for the damages derived from said stoppage, such as filling the diesel tank with water or the water tank with diesel or gasoline, running with the expenses of said stoppage or change of deposit.

The leased vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions, with its interior clean, otherwise the user accepts the payment of the fixed amount of €50 for cleaning. Smoking inside the cars is prohibited.

The loss of keys by the lessee entails the payment of 60 euros for the cost of their replacement.

The loss of documentation by the tenant entails the payment of 200 euros, which will be deducted from the deposit.

In the event of an accident or breakdown, you must contact us to give the pertinent instructions. 

The remaining days of rent will not be reimbursed in the event of an accident or damage caused by the lessee. If it is not the tenant's fault, another motorhome will be delivered if available or the amount of the remaining rental days.

Traveling with animals or pets is prohibited.
